1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RealMahjong (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Your continued use of RealMahjong constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Platform Description

RealMahjong is an online Mahjong and card game platform. We offer classic Chinese games including but not limited to Mahjong, Dou Di Zhu, Gan Deng Yan, and Texas Hold'em. The Platform is intended for entertainment and social purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RealMahjong. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Account & Authentication

You may create an account using a wallet address or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (including wallet private keys and passwords). You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Game Credits

Credits are virtual currency used for gameplay on the Platform. Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency. Credits are non-refundable. The Platform reserves the right to adjust credit balances in cases of technical errors or violations of these terms.

6. VIP Membership Subscription

RealMahjong offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called VIP Membership.

  • Price and length: $2.99 USD per month (or local currency equivalent), billed monthly.
  • Benefits: VIP members can claim all three daily gifts (4,000 + 8,000 + 16,000 coins) every day while the subscription is active.
  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews each month unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the remainder of an active period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.
  • Price changes: If the subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance as required by the applicable store, and the new price will only apply if you accept it or as otherwise permitted by store policies.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with games
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or defects in the Platform
  • Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform's operation

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, logos, text, and software, is the property of RealMahjong or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any losses caused by technical issues, network interruptions, or server downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealMahjong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, credit loss, or service interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
