Real Mahjong ("App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We are dedicated to providing a fun, free gaming experience while collecting only the minimum information necessary to operate the App.

2. No Personal Information Collection

Real Mahjong does not require an account, registration, or any personal information to play. You do not need to provide your name, email, phone number, or any identifying details. The App works anonymously out of the box.

3. Device Identification

To maintain game continuity (your coins, game history, and leaderboard rankings), we generate and store a unique device ID locally on your device. This ID is used only to associate your game progress with our servers. We do not use it to identify you personally.

  • Stored locally: Your device ID is stored securely on your device and never shared with third parties.
  • Server association: We store game data (coins, scores, replays) on our servers using only your anonymous device ID.
  • No tracking: We do not use your device ID to track you across apps or websites.

4. Game Data

We store the following game-related data on our servers:

  • Game statistics (wins, losses, rankings)
  • Coin balance and transaction history
  • Game replays (anonymized recordings of your gameplay)
  • Anonymous gameplay analytics (features used, average game duration)

This data is associated with your device ID only and never linked to your personal identity.

5. In-App Purchases

In-App Purchases (if available) are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive, store, or process your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Apple handles all payment processing and provides us only with a transaction confirmation. Your financial data remains secure with Apple.

6. No Advertising or Tracking

Real Mahjong contains no third-party advertising, no tracking pixels, and no analytics libraries that track your behavior across the web. We do not collect cookies for tracking purposes. Our analytics are limited to understanding App usage patterns and improving gameplay.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, trade, or rent any information about you to third parties. Your data remains private and is used solely to provide the App and improve your gaming experience. We may share anonymous, aggregated analytics (e.g., "average game duration") for business insights, but this data cannot identify you.

We use the following third-party services to operate the App: Apple (for payment processing and app distribution), RevenueCat (for in-app purchase management and receipt validation), and Railway (for server hosting). These services receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their functions.

8. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption and secure server practices to protect your game data. However, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device secure and report any suspected security issues to us.

9. Your Rights

Since Real Mahjong does not collect personal information, CCPA and GDPR data deletion requests do not apply. However, if you wish to delete your game progress and associated data from our servers:

  • Delete locally: Uninstall the App to remove your device ID from your device.
  • Contact support: Email [email protected] with your request, and we will delete your game data from our servers within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Real Mahjong is a free, family-friendly game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children or use any practices that would compromise child safety. If you believe we have collected data from a child in violation of applicable law, please contact us immediately.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
